Office Policies
We strive to establish meaningful relationships with our clients, and provide them with the highest standard of care consistent with the best dental practice.

Pricing
We adhere to the B.C. Dental Association (BCDA) fee guide for all our procedures. For general information on the fee guide, you can visit the BCDA website. If you have specific questions about the cost of a procedure, please inquire at the office and we will be happy to help you.
Financial policy
All payment is due immediately after services are rendered. We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and Debit.
Dental insurance
We accept dental insurance and file them electronically for you. We are pleased to accept payments from your dental insurance on your behalf; however, you are responsible for the portion not covered. We will accept "assignment of payment" from those plans that allow for it. In such cases, you are only expected to pay your portion of the payments.
Rescheduling an appointment
If it is necessary to reschedule an appointment, we ask you to give us as much notice as possible -- at least 48 hours -- so that your reserved time may be made available to another patient. An un-notified missed appointment will be charged accordingly.
Emergency
A dentist is always available to handle dental emergencies. If you need to get a hold of us after regular hours, we can be reached by either leaving a message at 604.874.4612 and Norine will get back to you shortly, or contact Dr. Balevi at 604.314.7670.
